“671 Lincoln Avenue in suburban Winnetka may be one of the most famous addresses in Hollywood history.
In 2012, John said goodbye to what he calls the gift of a lifetime when he sold the iconic property, and after more than a decade away, he’s writing about it.
‘The book is called Home But Alone No More,’ John said. ‘Because, truthfully, I was alone no more.’ It recounts the history of how the home was selected, getting to know the cast and crew. They became almost like family at a point.”
